Cardi B attended Megan Thee Stallion’s final Broadway performance in Moulin Rouge! The Musical on May 1, showing support as Megan closed out her run in the production.
During a livestream after the show, Cardi said she arrived late and only caught the final portion of the performance. She still praised Megan’s appearance on stage and said she hoped Megan would return to Broadway in the future.
Megan made her Broadway debut on March 24 in the role of Harold Zidler. Her casting marked a first for the production, making her the first female-identifying performer to play the role in any version of the musical.
Her Broadway run ended earlier than initially planned. Megan had been scheduled to continue through May 17, but the run was later shortened, making May 1 her final performance.
At the final curtain call, Megan thanked fans, cast members, and the production team for their support during her time with the show.
